Our story

Hello team! For those who don't know us, we are Guillaume and Valentin, two Pokémon enthusiasts since childhood. In 2022, Guillaume launched import_pokepoke, driven by the dream of making Japanese Pokémon cards accessible to everyone in France. By importing sealed Japanese items, he wanted to share these often-unknown treasures with you and democratize their collection.

For his part, Valentin founded UltimateCollectors, a company dedicated to rare French Pokémon items. His goal was to provide collectors with the opportunity to find those exceptional pieces that make fans' eyes light up.

Our paths crossed at a TCG event. Very quickly, we realized that we shared not only the same passion but also the same vision, values, and ambitions. We both wanted to make rare collectible Pokémon items, whether Japanese or French, accessible to as many people as possible.

In December 2023, we decided to join forces to create Hikaru, which means "light" in Japanese. This name represents our desire to illuminate the world of TCG with our shared passion and initiatives.

Today, Hikaru is a reflection of our adventure and commitment. A team of 7 people works daily to offer you the best experience. By combining our respective expertise, we strive to offer you the best in rare Pokémon cards. We are proud of the journey we've made and excited to share this adventure with you.
