WHAT'S NEW
Two Pikachu ex, a day and a night of celebration
Revealed on August 10, 2026, the Pikachu ex 053/128 and 054/128 cards tell the same celebration at two different times of the day: a parade under confetti in broad daylight, then an electric concert as night falls. Two illustrations, two atmospheres — and two completely different attacks, each with 190 HP.

☀️ Day version — the parade
The Pika-Pika Parade attack (one Energy) searches the deck for as many Basic Pokémon as you want to fill the Bench, and Thunderbolt deals 200 damage by discarding all Energy. Illustration by 5ban Graphics.
🌙 Night version — the concert
Zip-Zap Frenzy (one Energy) attaches as many Basic Energy from your hand as you wish, as you see fit. Thunder deals 200 damage (and 30 to Pikachu). Illustration by takuyoa.

Both versions will also exist as a special illustration later in the set — making these two Pikachu the most sought-after cards of the anniversary.

Both Pikachu ex cards also exist as a chrome promo version in a futuristic style designed by YOSHIROTTEN (MEP 107 and 109), accompanied by Espeon-ex (260 HP, Solar Beatdown) and Umbreon-ex (270 HP, Lunatic Claw) illustrated by REND. These four cards are exclusive to the day and night Ultra-Premium Collections.
